Coverage of the wedding ceremony is at the discretion of the minister or officiate. Please ensure you speak with them prior to your wedding to confirm photographs/video may be taken during the ceremony.

Copyright:

MemosStudio Photo&Video share full copyrights with clients so you legally own every image/video taken.

Display:

Image Privacy, I will not Facebook or Blog an image/video without your permission but I will ask you to allow me to display some photograph/video to generally promote the business in advertising.

License, Coverage and Reproduction:

Photographs/video taken during the course of the event will be at the discretion of the photographer/videographer although every effort will be made to comply with the clients requirements.

The photographer/videographer shall endeavour to photograph/record all individuals as requested by client at some point, but no responsibility will be taken by the photographer/videographer on the occasion of leaving somebody out.

For a booking involving a church ceremony or at certain venues, the photographer’s/videographer’s movements are sometimes restricted by the official in charge. The area from which the photographer/videographer is able to cover the ceremony may not be the photographer’s choice and the photographer cannot accept responsibility for any obstructed view should this be the case.

Due to a variety of lighting conditions and the limitations of digital sensors, some colours may alter throughout a set of photographs/videos.

Payments:

Deposit along with a completed contract will confirm your booking.

Reaming balance is payable 4 weeks before wedding date.

Free consultation

The due performance of this contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by either party owing to any cause beyond their control.

All packages include travelling expenses agreed in time of booking.

Event coverage:

The photographer/videographer is the only authorised and official photographer for your wedding day.

General:

USB supplied within 4 weeks.

Unlimited images/recording time shot on the day.
